Steelers-Dolphins game day thread

Kelvin Beachum and Brett Keisel are among the Steelers inactives today. With Beachum down, Mike Adams will make the start at left tackle for the Steelers.

Also down are Landry Jones, Derek Moye, Isaiah Green, Kion Wilson and David Snow.

It's snowy and cold at Heinz Field, with worse weather coming judging from what they're getting in Cincinnati.

As I noted earlier, Miami QB Ryan Tannehill said this week that he's never played a game in the snow.

Hope the grounds crew is keeping that "white" boundry clear so everyone knows where to stand.

Loved that play by Polo!!! Can't coach that.

Cam Heyward is really playing very well. Looking like a beast just throwing opponents around like they are ragdolls.

Sure wish the Steelers could have grabbed Odrick also.

What a horrible season.

The last play of the game sums up the season: a lot of confusion, a glimmer of hope, only to lose in the end.

Mike, start Landry Jones, no matter how bad he might be, give him a chance to show what he has, give him some experience and in the mean time, pick up a decent slot in the draft. Put your pride aside, the Steelers aren't playing for anything now.

Gonna be a long terrible offseason. Gonna be a bunch of vets cut this year to save cap space. And they most likely lose a pick because Tomlin is an idiot. At what point does reload become tear down and rebuild? I think we are there..

It's a game, not life and death. The NFL is built to punish success and that has caught up with the Steelers. It happens.

At least they went down swinging with that last hook and lateral play. Just a whisker stepping out of bounds.

I think there are more positives through 14 games than I expected. The young OL took their lumps early, but they've steadily improved. They have now developed some very good depth for next season when Pouncey returns. A Brown proved himself a true playmaker and justified the contract he was given. Heyward and Worilds came on very strong. I think Hood and Worilds earned themselves new contracts. Timmons has been excellent all season. I think Troy is playing as well as ever and will be back.

Sadly, I think this is the end for stalwarts like Kiesel, Clark, Foote and maybe even Ike. I'm not sure what the future holds for BR, but I won't be surprised if he's re-signed or if he's traded. Woodley could be a trade candidate, too.

Would love to see them draft for the defense.
